This is a very energetic exercise during which you drum on an elevated trampoline with light sticks and you exercise to music at the same. It is jumping exercise, but you will be swinging those drum.

Jumping fusion combines cardio, dancing, and plyometrics for a dynamic and high-energy fitness routine. The workout is designed to boost fitness in a variety of areas, including cardio, strength, agility, and coordination, while also being enjoyable to do.
