Jumping® Fitness



Jumping® Fitness is a unique and energetic workout program that combines cardiovascular exercises with trampoline jumping. It is a high-intensity, low-impact form of exercise that offers a fun and effective way to improve fitness levels and overall well-being.

The workout involves performing a variety of movements, such as jumps, kicks, squats, and other aerobic exercises, all performed on a specialized mini-trampoline known as a rebounder. The trampoline's elasticity helps reduce the impact on joints, making it a suitable option for people of different fitness levels, including those recovering from injuries.

Jumping® Fitness offers several benefits. Firstly, it provides a full-body workout, engaging various muscle groups and improving strength, endurance, and flexibility. The constant bouncing and stabilizing movements also target the core muscles, contributing to better posture and balance. Additionally, the high-intensity nature of the workout helps burn calories and can assist in weight loss.

Apart from the physical benefits, Jumping® Fitness is known for its mental and emotional advantages. Founder/Instructor

Meet the multi-talented founder who has a diverse skill set and a passion for fitness and healthcare. With a BSc in Nursing since 2008, she possess a solid foundation in healthcare and a deep understanding of patient care. Additionally, she hold a Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR license, ensuring she is well-prepared to handle emergency situations. In 2019, she discovered her love for Jumping Fitness, a high-intensity workout on trampolines, and have been actively involved in this exhilarating form of exercise ever since. She has further enhanced her expertise by completing the Diploma in Jumping Fitness Basic in 2022 and the Diploma in Jumping Fusion in 2023.  Adding to her impressive repertoire, she is also a certified Group Music Instructor since 2020. This showcases her ability to combine their passion for music with her fitness expertise, creating engaging and enjoyable fitness experiences for her participants. Furthermore, she has undergone training as an Aerial Yoga Instructor at the prestigious OM Factory. Aerial Yoga combines traditional yoga postures with the use of hammocks suspended from the ceiling, providing a unique and challenging workout experience. Her certification in this discipline highlights her versatility and commitment to offering diverse fitness options to her clients.

Meet the enthusiastic and dedicated founder who has been actively involved in the world of Jumping Fitness since 2019. With a passion for fitness and a commitment to personal growth, he has recently completed two diplomas in Jumping Fitness, namely Jumping Fitness Basic and Jumping Fusion in the year 2023. Having embarked on his journey in 2019, this individual has accumulated valuable experience and knowledge in the field of Jumping Fitness. With his extensive training, Jumping Fitness enthusiast possesses a comprehensive understanding of the technique, safety precautions, and benefits associated with this unique form of exercise. His successful completion of the Diploma in Jumping Fitness Basic showcases his commitment to mastering the fundamental skills and techniques required for an effective and enjoyable Jumping Fitness session. Additionally, his attainment of the Diploma in Jumping Fusion signifies his willingness to explore and diversify his skill set by incorporating various elements from other fitness disciplines into his workouts.

With a Diploma in Zumba Basic obtained in 2010, he possess a solid foundation in the vibrant and rhythmic Zumba workout. This certification demonstrates his dedication to spreading joy through dance and fitness. In 2018, he embarked on his journey in Jumping Fitness, a high-intensity workout on trampolines. His commitment to mastering this exhilarating form of exercise led him to complete the Diploma in Jumping Fitness Basic in 2019. This qualification showcases his proficiency in the technique, safety protocols, and benefits associated with Jumping Fitness. Since his introduction to Jumping Fitness in 2018, he has been honing their skills and sharing his passion for this form of exercise. With each jump, he inspire others to embrace a healthy and active lifestyle. His dedication to his own fitness journey, combined with his enthusiasm and knowledge, makes him a fantastic instructor who can motivate and engage participants of all fitness levels.

With a BSc in Business Information System, she has a solid foundation in the world of technology and data management. In 2019, she has discovered the exhilarating world of Jumping Fitness and have been actively involved in this high-intensity workout ever since. Her dedication and passion for this unique form of exercise led her to complete the Diploma in Jumping Fitness Basic in 2021, followed by the Diploma in Jumping Extension in 2022, and the Diploma in Jumping Fusion in 2023. Her continuous pursuit of knowledge and skills in Jumping Fitness showcases her commitment to mastering various aspects and techniques of this dynamic workout. Since her introduction to Jumping Fitness in 2019, she has become well-versed in the technique, safety protocols, and benefits associated with this energetic workout. With her extensive experience and knowledge, she is well equipped to guide and inspire participants to push their limits and achieve their fitness goals.
